Foundational Care is for business owners who want their website protected and maintained without having to think about it. Every month, we run your backups, check for security issues, apply software updates, review for broken links, and send you a clear report of what was done.

Best for: Established businesses with a working website that just needs consistent, reliable care.
What's not included: New features, redesigns, major content updates, or strategic growth work. Those are handled through Systems Care or a separate project quote.

Systems Care goes deeper. In addition to all the foundational maintenance, we pull your analytics, test your forms and integrations, check for accessibility issues, and send you a detailed monthly report with real data and specific recommendations for what to improve next.
This plan is for business owners who want to understand how their website is performing and have a partner who's actively looking for ways to make it better.

Foundational Care focuses on protection and stability — backups, security, updates, and a monthly report. Systems Care includes everything in Foundational Care plus analytics reporting, form and integration testing, accessibility checks, and strategic recommendations. If you want to understand how your site is performing and have someone actively improving it, Systems Care is the right fit.
Yes. All care plans require a signed agreement and a 6-month initial commitment. Plans renew automatically every 6 months. You can cancel with 30 days' notice at any time.
We monitor for issues and will work quickly to identify and address the problem. Because we run regular backups, your site can be restored promptly if something goes wrong.
Minor content updates — like updating text, swapping an image, or fixing a broken link — are included. Adding new features, building new pages, or making major changes to your site's design are outside the scope of the care plans and quoted separately at $105/hour with a 2-hour minimum.
Foundational Care includes a report covering what updates were completed, backup confirmation, security and spam review, and any issues found. Systems Care includes all of that plus an analytics snapshot, traffic overview, visitor behavior notes, form testing results, and specific recommendations for the next month.
Yes. If your business grows and you need more support, you can upgrade at renewal. Just reach out and we'll discuss what makes sense.
Any work outside your plan scope is billed at $105/hour with a 2-hour minimum. We'll always let you know before starting additional work so there are no surprises.
